Getting Ready

Let’s get your home ready for the camera!

First, We wish you the Absolute Best of Luck with selling your home!

With your photoshoot coming up, we want you to be prepared with the right expectations:

  • We kindly ask that You and all other occupants leave the property before we arrive! We can avoid any incidents with you and our equipment so no one gets hurt. Don’t worry, we’ll be out in a jiffy!

  • We also ask that you Crate your pets in an area we won’t shoot or remove them from the property. To insure our safety, we will not shoot if an animal is roaming in the house or yard.

Go through this checklist and double check that everything is spick and span before we arrive!

Where do You Want to Start?

If you need a place to stash the items we want to hide, start with your garage, closets or shed! If these rooms have any fancy features, ask your agent if they are having it photographed. Otherwise, assume they’re free to use. :D

The Best Rule of Thumb: If it isn’t Decoration or Furniture, buyers don’t need to see it!
